The most common application range of centrifugal slurry pumps is in the mining industry, of which about 80% are used in mining industry concentrators. The working conditions of the ore primary separation are relatively harsh, and the slurry pump is mainly used as the conveying medium. Therefore, in this section, the service life of the slurry pump is generally low. Different ores are faced with different abrasiveness, so high chromium alloy is now used as the main material of the slurry pump.
